When you stay in Condo 3316 your balcony has one of the best views of the pools and the ocean. The balcony has colorful Pollywood furniture for your outdoor enjoyment. Port Royal has a private boardwalk to the beach.
Spend the day on the beach or dip into one of the four outdoor swimming pools or three spa tubs. Additional features at this condominium resort include complimentary wireless internet access, concierge services, and gift shop/newsstand.
Enjoy American cuisine at Restaurant 361 and the poolside food truck, or stay in and take advantage of room service (during limited hours). Unwind at the end of the day with a drink at the Restaurant 361 bar/lounge or the poolside bar and swim-up bar. Additionally, there's an ice cream station poolside for the whole family. Full breakfasts are available daily from 7 AM to 10 AM for a fee.

More - everything else you need to know
Air Conditioning during the hot, humid summer months will be running often. Please be aware that the lower the temperature is set, the more the A/C will run, potentially freezing the unit. The lowest suggested setting on the thermostat is 72. This will insure the unit doesn't freeze while providing a comfortable temperature inside the condo.
Wi-fi is free throughout the complex.
Be sure to take a room key with you in order to return to the complex from the beach.
To be sure you don't track anything in from the beach, such as sand or tar, there is a foot-washing station on the way in from the beach. Rinsing off your feet, shoes, and beach paraphernalia will help you keep your condo clean.
Port Royal is a no-smoking complex. Please do not smoke or vape.
Unit 3316 is pet friendly. Pets are allowed in the unit for additional deposits and fees. Please make arrangements for your pets when booking your stay.
Before departure
Trash - Gather all trash and place in the proper receptacles. If more space is needed, there are additional receptacles located in outside hallways, in pool areas, beach areas and at either end of the property.
Linens - Leave linens on the bed. Do not remove.
Dishes - Place clean dishes back in the appropriate locations. Load dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start.
Furniture - Be sure all furniture is in its original position.
Fans - Leave all fans on.
Apps - Log out of Netflix and all other apps.
TV's - Be sure that all TVs are in cable mode and that all of the plugs are hooked up exactly as they were upon arrival.
Doors - Make sure the balcony door and the front door are closed properly.
